What does "properly managing crowds" entail? Because we're told using things
like tear gas and LRADs isn't it. We can't use batons or tasers, either. If
the riots in L.A. are any indication, the only "proper crowd management" the
Left will accept is to stand back and let them do whatever they want until the
little dears get tuckered out and go home.

But they have *zero* right to do anything more than that. The moment they step
up off the curb and interfere, obstruct, and/or attack the police, they're no
longer protesters. At that point, they're criminals who need to be dealt with
   *as* criminals.
