   I knew it prohibited blocking the entrance to an abortion clinic. It   
   also prohibits interference with free exercise of religion at a place of   
   worship. The Act has both criminal and civil penalties, but I didn't   
   spot a description of criminal penalties.   
      
   There have now been nine indicted on federal civil rights violations,   
   including Lemon.
