   It's Cities Church in St. Paul. Their Web site says pastor. I think they   
   are Baptists.

   That's more disruptive than I thought he was being. Yeah, I don't see   
   how he was exercising his own freedom of the press rights.

   I think they would need to prove elements of intimidation if not   
   violence. Also, the geographic area of the Washington district is just   
   the city. In my federal court district, it's city, suburban, and rural   
   counties. There's going to be a greater diversity of opinion among   
   federal jurors.
