   I don't get it either.

I'll do a multiday catch-up. Over the last few days I watched:

Black Caesar (4K disc) A while back I picked up the Shout Factory
"Blaxpoitation" 4K box set. I've been working my way through them
starting with this 1973 crime movie written and directed by Larry Cohen
and starring Fred Williamson as an African American crime boss in New
York who kills his way through the Italian mob and crooked cops. It was
actually pretty good. Unfortunately Williamson's character gets shot
and killed at the end so I guess there won't be any sequels.

Hell Up in Harlem (4K disc) 1973 sequel to "Black Caesar" written and
directed by Larry Cohen and starring Fred Williamson as an African
American crime boss. Picking up right where the last movie ended,
Williams character gets shot and survives. I could have sworn that's
not what happened at the end of the first movie, but I what do I know.
Anyway, he spends a good chunk of the movie out for revenge against the
people who betrayed him in the first one. This was pretty good too.

The Stuff (4K disc) 1985 horror movie written and directed by Larry
Cohen. Not part of the "Blaxpoitation" 4K box set, but I recently
picked up this new 4K disc and wanted to watch it as well. It was
mostly background noise with a new audio commentary. The guys doing the
commentary spent way too much time complaining about Larry Cohen and in
particular they didn't seem to like Michael Moriarty, who starred in the
movie. The new 4K disc included a blu-ray of an extended cut I've never
seen before, with about 30 more minutes of footage put back in. So I'm
going to put the movie back into rotation so I can watch the extended
   cut in the near future.

Across 110th Street (4K disc) 1972 movie produced by and starring
Anthony Quinn as an old school New York cop who gets bent out of shape
when an African American detective played by Yaphet Kotto is assigned a
mob related murder spree. I didn't care much for this one. It was
   mostly background noise.

KPop Demon Hunters (Netflix) New animated movie about a Korean Kpop
group that hunts demons in between concerts. This movie is wildly
popular and keeps getting nominated for awards included Academy Awards,
so I broke down and watched it. It was a bit better than meh, IMO. It
definitely had a "Buffy" vibe too it, but I found the animation a bit
annoying. I might have liked it more if the animation and the plot was
a bit more serious. Actually, I think it was more the goofy animation
style that made the movie feel less serious at times.
