   Leftist insurgents in Minneapolis have started putting up roadblocks and   
   checkpoints at intersections around town, literally running tags (how? how do   
   a bunch of random civilians have the ability run license plates? 'cause that's   
   illegal), asking people for their IDs, and denying entry to anyone with an   
   out-of-state plate or who they just deem 'suspicious'.   
      
   So basically they've discovered borders.
