   It's illegal to use NLETS and DMV databases to run license plates if you're   
   not a certified law enforcement officer, and even they have to have a valid   
   law enforcement purpose to do it. Plenty of cops have gotten disciplined,   
   fired, and even criminally charged for misusing the system, so I want to know   
   how these half-assed revolutionaries have access to the system, who's   
   providing it, and why they haven't been charged for misusing it.
