   There's one advantage, being out from under the thumb of the Jones Act.   
   As a nation, they'll need an army and navy, and to stop accepting   
   American economic subsidy. If they became a state, they'll have to stop   
   accepting subsidy. I think they'll always choose to remain a commonwealth.
