   Does Ian still be Neil Gaiman is guilty?   
      
   The assault victim, Scarlett Pavlovich, had filed a lawsuit against   
   Gaiman and his wife in Wisconsin, and filed in Massachusetts and in New   
   York against the wife. All three were dismissed.   
      
   The alleged assaults occurred in New Zealand. The local police   
   investigation came up with no evidence of a crime.
