   An immigration judge terminated deportation proceedings of Mohsen   
   Mahdawi because government attorneys failed to follow evidentiary law. A   
   copy of a document the government relied upon to make its case was not   
   certified as required in law.   
      
   A friend says there is reason to believe that the protests he denied   
   organizing were on behalf of a foreign power, likely the Bond villain   
   who is head of Qatar.   
      
   I was a little curious if the merits of the case would ever be heard,   
   that despite being an undesireable alien, he still has speech rights on   
   American soil, but that's not an argument for immigration court.   
      
   These pro-Trump lawyers are no Ted Olson nor Paul Clement.
