   Not here in Cleveland; I’ve seen that arrangement only at   
   airports, actually, though it’s certainly possible that   
   there are some local supermarkets that use it.  We do have   
   at least one supermarket that doesn’t allow its carts out of   
   the store; either you carry your bags from store to car, or   
   you leave your cart in a holding area with access to both   
   the store and the parking lot, drive up to the holding area,   
   and let the fellows on duty load the bags into your car.
