        That has me beat.  When I moved to the U.S.A., I tried to enter a   
   change of address for one of my credit cards.  The upshot was that I   
   found out that they did not allow addresses outside of Canada.  The   
   customer disservice person suggested that I get them forwarded from a   
   Canadian address.  That would have been just wonderful for paying on   
   time.  I told them to fax me a final statement which I paid and then   
   closed the account.
