When I was living in Bellingham, WA in 2005-2006, my bank had two
drive-through lanes (and I think an ATM elsewhere). The far lane had
a pneumatic tube. The drive-through lanes were open one-half hour
later so occasionally I used them walk-through to do my banking.

Where I bank in Kamloops, BC has a drive-up lane with the
controls on the side away from the credit union. As far as I can see
(I have never used it), it is an ATM.
