   Co-Op tries to have staff to carry your stuff to the car FOR you, thus   
   preserving their carts.   
      
   The fourth major chain in Calgary is Sobeys (IGA to a Vancouver   
   person).  They're further from me and pricier, so I have no idea what   
   their cart policy is.   
      
   When I lived in Toronto, Price-Chopper did the barricade thing,   
   forcing you to bring your car to the storefront.
