   Depends on the amount. For small amounts cash or debit in that order.   
   For $1000+ debit.   
      
   In Canada debit charges are a flat fee $0.13-0.15 per transaction   
   while credit cards typically have the same transaction fee plus 1.8 -   
   4.5 % of the value of the order - thus a $1000 transaction could   
   amount to a discount of $18-45 easily.
