   At the time of the confusion, Canadian pop was sold in 10 oz (296 ml)   
   bottles.  The initial conversion went first to 300 ml, then to I   
   forget which of 275 or 250, then marched upwards to 600 ml or so in   
   bottles (much larger in 7/11 cups.)
