   Yes, but the English invented the language (okay, they stole it from   
   various other languages), so they morally have the right to be able to   
   change it if they want to. The "young upstarts" in America who decided to   
   separate themselves from England don't have any moral right to make, let   
   alone try to enforce, changes to English.
