   That is completely offensive bullsh** - the taxpayer doesn't give me a   
   nickel, we've cut our prices in quite a few areas, we have cut NO   
   EMPLOYEE's pay nor laid anyone off - most have in fact had quite   
   significant increases in 2013 - and our sales are down 15%.   
      
   My pay package on the other hand has been frozen since 2005 and the   
   bonuses that at that time made up 35% of my income have been   
   eliminated.   
      
   So how *** DARE *** you talk about "bonu$e$"! I can assure you that if   
   my staff had the attitude you do I might well be the negative jerk you   
   seem to think private industry is.   
      
   If you have management like that I feel for you - but >I'm< the one   
   carrying the personal mortgage for the business and as I say the   
   layoffs in my company over the last three years are exactly zero.   
      
   It hasn't been easy but we've made it but are still far from good   
   times.   
      
   I'm sorry but I have little patience for such attitudes as expressed   
   above and if folks really think that sort of thing is typical then I   
   really do need to throw in the towel.
