The KKK (founded in 1866) had chapters in both Canada and Mexico ...
probably you want to exclude them :)

On a more positive note there's the Red Cross (founded 1859) and
Marx's First International (1864) was still active in 1874. The
Universal Postal Union was founded in 1874 and I'm pretty sure the
International Telegraphic Union was before that.

By 1874 the various anti-slavery societies had pretty much wound up.

There were also international agencies for river traffic on the Rhine
and Danube. (International but not worldwide!)
