    The first is the form that I use and prefer and it is used in my   
   neck of the woods. The second form is used back East (Ontario).

    According to Canada Post, it should go on the same line as   
   community, province/territory though originally, it was supposed to be   
   on a line by itself. Maybe this is why the inconsistency.
