   Elysium's medbays heal patients within seconds, by "reatomizing" them.  Does   
   that mean that the medbays actually rearrange atoms to heal such things as   
   fractures, cancer, and bown off faces?   
      
   Could "reatomization" be used as a weapon (rearrange the atoms of enemy ships   
   to make them fragile, rearrange the atoms of enemy persons to turn them into   
   goo, etc)?
