   I don't have the PhD, but I've been in the computer industry for 30+   
   years, and there's still plenty of times I want somebody guiding me   
   through a setup.  There are sysadm tasks on Windows that I ask my son   
   for help with.   
      
   Of course, IT people breathe a different sort of air than driver   
   writers do.
