I can't say with certainty that the Greeks had them in a formal way, but
the Romans outlawed gay marriage in 342 AD, suggesting that it existed
before that date. Nero allegedly married two men, however Nero was
both emperor and nuts so I'm not sure whether his actions can be taken
   as representative.

However whether formal marriage was or was not commonly practiced isn't
the same as whether such relationships were accepted. Ancient attitudes
toward marriage were, I am given to understand, quite different from our
   own.
