From: qwrtz123@gmail.com              War of the Worlds: Goliath       2012 PG-13 1hr 28m                            This animated version of H.G. Wells' classic novel finds Earth's scientists       building defensive weapons to confront the coming alien onslaught.                     Well that description from NETFLIX is totally wrong. It's 1914, 15 years       after the Martians met there end to earth germ warfare. Now there back, but a       small group with ultimate steampunkish tech is ready for them. The animation       and voice work are        first rate, and the plot moves along nicely.               A lot of effort went into this, but other than a couple mentions in Heavy       Metal I never heard a thing about it, just found it on NETFLIX by sheer luck;       I'll never understand the entertainment industry.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
