   Also, Alien Cubed does not take place on Earth, but on a prison planet, left   
   unattended to develop its own subculture.  At least that's what I got from the   
   movie, but I can't discount the possibility that *I* am confused.   
      
   The original poster does have an eye for detail, noting the corporate logo   
   that ties *seemingly* disparate universes together.  This is what is exciting   
   to me, because in Mothra, we see characters taking a Pan-Am jet to New Kirk   
   City... so when we see    
   that corporate logo appear in a later film, 2001: A Space Odyssey, that means   
   it is taking place in the Tohoverse!
