   Earth launched an interstellar ship in 1963.  Why aren't we now enjoying the   
   technology that Earth used to construct that ship?  Why hasn't Earth long   
   since used the interstellar ship's propulsion technology to send ships to   
   Mars?  If the ship was    
   constructed by just one nation, why hasn't that nation long since conquered   
   Earth?
