   TCM Sunday is having a night of National Film Board of Canada cartoons,   
   including "What on Earth!"(1966), a Martian report on the planet Earth.    
   Somehow or other I saw it on US TV in the late '60s or early '70s.   
      
   The TCM.com schedule has it and in a group of cartoons all listed with an 8:00   
   start time, my DVR has the 4 1/2 hour event as a single block; if yours lists   
   each cartoon separately (as does happen sometimes with these blocks of   
   shorts), you might want to    
   record everything between 8 and 9, as the shorts may slip out of their time   
   periods, or, even worse, be listed in the wrong order.
