   Ghost in the Shell

   In this sci-fi thriller based on the popular manga series, cyborg policewoman   
   the Major heads a task force dedicated to foiling cybercriminals and hackers   
   -- including one whose goal is to destroy the technology responsible for her   
   existence.   
      
      
      
   Loved it.  This was an excellent effort turning an anime into live action.    
   The Major is particularly strong, a great casting choice.  The city has much   
   more of a cyberpunk/Bladerunner feel which fits better.  Not sure I like this   
   backstory better but it    
   works.  I'd say I'd like to see another with this cast but these films take so   
   long to be made.  Very endorsed.
