   Ugh.

Quaritch was a good villian, but he was run through with a bunch
of arrows the size of Olympic javilins. In a non-breathable
atmosphere. Getting him un-killed doesn't seem plausible.

Quaritch was an impressive guy. That bit where he runs out into
the poisonous atmosphere, holding his breath, to shoot at his
enemies, would have made him a Big Damn Hero if he weren't on
   the side of evil.

I do wish they'd explained why Pandora's atmosphere is not
breathable by us, but our atmosphere is fine for the natives.
The background (not on screen) was that it was something like
12% CO2. They breathe oxygen, and don't mind the CO2.

I'd like the sequels to have an Earth government ticked at
what the corporation had done, and trying to come to some
reasonable terms with the natives, but I suspect that goes
against Cameron's vision for the series.
