   I apologize for getting you into an Alan Baker Snit. There is no point   
   in trying to reason with him when he is in this condition.   
      
   My source, IIRC, is one of the (allegedly-)special features on the   
   DVD.   
      
   That said, "as recalled by one" or more of the filmmakers interviewed   
   decades after the film was made was (I suspect) spot-on.
