   Of course it can.   
      
   It can use the title and be a documentary movie about Giant Pandas.   
      
   It isn't hard at all.   
      
   OTOH, given /District 9/ and /Elysium/, it seems likely that it will   
   have a lot of scenes in really run-down and dirty parts of town.    
   That appears to be his go-to setting.   
      
   Then again, since I gave up on him after /Elysium/, maybe not.
