Tammy Duckworth, an Illinois Democrat, plans to object unless the bill guarantees aid to Ukraine. I support funding for Ukraine....but not at the expense of providing disaster relief to Hawaii and Florida. That's nuts. Duckworth is crazy holding disaster relief hostage.
