   Maddow's rant was based on a false premise that Musk shut down Starlink   
   over Crimea to prevent a Ukranian attack.   
   That was BS.  Starlink was never activated over Crimea to prevent Russia from   
   using it   
   in Crimea.   Ukraine didn't know that so their Starlink dependent drones got   
   lost over Crimea.
