   McFarty's arm and forced him to do a pretend impeachment   
   inquiry. But ask anyone who's ever gone fishing in a calm lake -   
   you might get a bite, or you might not. Goofy Gaetz has no bait   
   to put on the hook, no ripples on the water to follow, no   
   trace of any predators lurking beneath the surface. In short,   
   you may have to settle for the minnow because there is no
