   Eurobarometer survey in August found a decline in the number of Europeans who   
   support Ukraine aid.   
      
   Total support for providing Ukraine with military funding fell from 67 to 48   
   percent over the same period.   
      
   No wonder Putin thinks he can push forward and restore the Soviet Union.   
   It's like treating drug addicts.  Who wants to save someone who doesn't want   
   to save themself?
