    They have a better argument than the Europeans, even though I still don't   
   agree with less funding.   
   Here's a bunch of malarky.  Much of the equipment supplied is in storage   
   destined for scrap.   
   But our DoD in it's wisdom didn't want to write it off the books and take the   
   scrap costs.   
   So it hits the books at full value when sent to Ukraine.   They run the DoD   
   like it's a corporation    
   facing tax audits.  It's nuts.
