   A Democratic congressman was carjacked Monday night in Washington's Navy Yard   
   neighborhood, the latest high profile crime to raise alarm in the nation's   
   capital.   
      
   A congressional source with direct knowledge of the incident said that Rep.   
   Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, was carjacked at gunpoint, but that he was believed to   
   be unharmed.   
      
   Capitol Police have been alerted to the crime, but there have been no arrests   
   as of press time.   
      
   The carjacking of the veteran congressman came just months after Rep. Angie   
   Craig, D-Minn., was assaulted in her apartment complex in Washington, D.C.
