   A Gaza health ministry spokesman said that head of Al-Shifa Hospital refused   
   to accept fuel because “taking this fuel would give Israel credit for   
   allowing fuel into Gaza.”   
      
   Israeli military left 300 liters of fuel at the front door of Al-Shifa   
   Hospital.   
   So much for the Palestinian Health Ministry not being under the thumb of Hamas   
   or giving a shit about all the dead babies from incubators not working for   
   lack of fuel to power generators.
