   sparked Dumpster's first impeachment? That was Alexander. But his   
   twin brother Eugene also worked in Army intelligence, and now Eugene   
   is running for Congress. Dumpy can't retaliate against a Democratic   
   congressperson like he did against Cheney and Kinsinger.
