   If you're talking Brady, please consider the requirement of supplying   
   "exculpatory or impeaching information and evidence that is material to   
   the guilt or innocence or to the punishment of a defendant" doesn't   
   apply to non-exculpatory or non-impeaching information or evidence. This   
   second category would include Jan 6ers at times when they are not   
   committing crimes.
