   ballots, scheduling argument just five weeks from now in a case    
   that will have a major impact on this year’s presidential election.

   Shades of Bush v Gore. The immoral majority will once again say    
   that the arbitrary (i.e. political) "decision" should not be construed    
   as setting a precedent, or even relying on actual laws or precedents.
