   That's what Witless snipped from my post. Guaranteed the mutt will

   Dumpster's new tactic is to claim that since there was no impeachment, let   
   alone conviction, there are no grounds for prosecuting him.   
      
   Rep. Raskin is insisting that all of Dumpy's ill-gotten loot actually belongs   
   to the country, and Donny Shitberg is obligated to "return" it to the Treasury.   
   I hope that claim will turn into the basis for a lawsuit.
