From: ScottW48@hotmail.com              that for 3 years after the Delaware State Police took possession of Hunter's       discarded gun it remained in a sealed pouch and locked away in an evidence       locker.              The FBI while supposedly investigating the case of Hunter lying about drug use       on his permit application never actually examined the gun or the case it was       found in.              After the "plea deal" collapsed the FBI went to Delaware State Police to get       some photos of the gun for the new charges paperwork. Upon examination they       noted some white powder present on the case and tested it....it was       cocaine. This seems like        pretty solid piece of evidence the prosecutors would want but the FBI never       actually examined the evidence available to prosecute the case. Why?        Anyone care to offer a reason?              ScottW              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
