   The FBI was already aware of Hunter's drug problems, certainly as far   
   back as the publication of his memoir.   
      
   Hunter, in the throes of drug addiction, may not have had the mental   
   capacity to be responsible for lying on his gun form (he bought the gun   
   while suffering paranoia).   
      
   Re-examining evidence after prosecutorial reneging on the plea deal   
   supports a case for vindictive prosecution.
