   If you bark so. Has anyone ever mentioned that you have a habit of concealing   
   what you mean to say while expostulating rage at some tangential topic   
   whose connection to what you now claim to mean is tenuous, wispy, or gossamer?   
      
   See, a Rational "debater" would start off with the premise of the   
   infrastructure issues,   
   then try to connect that opinion with the allegedly "abandoned" EVs. You,   
   crosswise,   
   skipped the foundational premise (not a fact because your claims are wholly   
   unreliable)   
   and skip merrily to your rage-trigger.
