   You did. Note the lack of quotation marks following your first   
   paragraph. That you can't properly distinguish quoted and original text   
   doesn't make me the bad guy.   
      
   That you misuse "lying" is a given.

   So Houthis attack whether they're on the list or not? Looks like   
   hindsight again.   
      
   Some say being on the list encourages them because now they can claim   
   the US respects their opposition. Saying we can never take them off the   
   list removes the ability to make deals to reward better behavior which   
   is nuts.
