   No he isn't. He's calling on feds to crack down on teen use.   
   What does that even mean?   Is he gonna have feds in all 7-11s to   
   insure no teen purchases?   
   How about keeping teens from seeing Zyn products on tik-tok?   
   How exactly will Chuckie manage that?     
   He's being mocked for trying to find a problem he can use to divert attention
