   When about 6,000 federal only ballots were cast. Of course, you haven't   
   proven any connection to illegal immigrants and the "loophole" is the   
   standard the rest of the country votes under.   
      
   In the stuff you snipped, it was shown these voters were somewhat evenly   
   split between Democratic and non-Democratic (Republican + independent)   
   so no matter how strenuously you imply otherwise, this category is not a   
   monolithic one supporting Democratics and composed of illegal immigrants.
