   There's RWNJ jujitsu involved: they sense normies think Navalny was the   
   good guy. Calling Biden a dictator is the flip-side of their belief he's   
   incompetent or secretly carrying out Obama's instructions. Extra points   
   if you think he'll step down in favor of Michelle after the election.
