   Not very normal to pick up radio STATIONS, usually its maybe one AM station.   
   Something may be wrong with the amp. A filter box on the power cord   
   side might help. Not sure where you tried a ferrite noise surpressor.   
   Filtering the speaker leads is sometimes required on long speaker cables,   
   but that should not be your problem.
