   You got to consider that.   
   But, for understanding basics, knowing 6 dB is twice the voltage is what   
   people should know and use, and talk about. The only thing power   
   dB is good for is speaker dissapation and cost of amplifiers, and   
   indirectly, mains power. Forget volume levels.
